Where possible, we prioritise local products and organic food produced within 100 miles, environmentally friendly supplies, Fair Trade certified goods and Green Certified suppliers. We also aim to reduce unnecessary packaging and plastics, purchase in bulk where practical and encourage suppliers to take back reusable packaging, shipping containers and pallets.

By considering where products come from and how they are packaged, transported and used, we can make more thoughtful purchasing decisions while helping to keep more of the benefits of tourism within our community.
