For guests booked to stay between April 1 and September 30, 2020, we are offering you the option to rebook your stay over the next 12 months without any penalty.
If the travel dates fall within the same travel/ rate period, i.e. Summer/ Winter Season we can roll over the original booking rate and any value-added benefits. If the travel dates fall outside a completely different season, then a rate difference will apply.
For guests who want to cancel their booking completely, we will waive any penalties for those booked to stay between April 1 and September 30, 2020.
For reservations made via a third party: i.e. an online booking platform (e.g. Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.) or third-party travel professionals, please contact them directly – we have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.
Please contact the Hotel or your Holiday supplier directly for confirmation on any changes to your bookings.
Book with confidence (New Bookings)
For new bookings, we have removed all cancellation penalties for reservations received through to December 31, 2020. This allows guests unlimited date changes over the next 12 months within the same room category, and seasonal date band (Summer/ Winter). As this situation changes, we will keep you updated on any amendments.

The health and well-being of all of our guests and staff are our first priority.
